I got the worst service from Netgear Support. I bought a Netgear AC3200 to replace my EA4500 Linksys router. Everything has worked well till I tried to setup the Netgear AC3200 and I was in the blank. Netgear said that It wes my IPS Internet Service Provider and wanted to sell me tech support for this item.
